Project Century was a large design-build project involving plumbing, compressed air, and HVAC systems. The upfront engineering was collaborated with the MEP team utilizing BIM. The plumbing scope involved installing numerous floor mount toilets, urinals, lav sinks, and floor drains. In addition, multiple eye wash stations, icemakers, water heaters, and janitorial sinks were installed. Two 1,500-gallon reclaim tanks were installed for the on-site carwash. The compressed air scope for this project was extensive, involving the installation of nearly 3 miles of air piping, compressors, air tanks, refrigerated dryers, filters, and 320 drops. The HVAC scope included 24 packaged gas/electric DX cooling and indirect fuel gas-fired heaters. Multiple ductless split system, infrared heaters, and portable AC units were provided. All supply, return air duct distribution and registers, grilles, louvers, and diffusers were also installed.
