The project at Morgan Asphalt was the installation of a large 55 nominal ton, roof mounted, packaged, VAV Ari conditioning system. The system included 31 VAV terminal units, with heating water coils. Medium pressure ducting was constructed of spiral formed steel to distribute air from rooftop units to VAV boxes. All supply air distribution was installed with the ceiling mounted air diffusers. Included in the scope were gas fired boilers, circulators, expansion tanks, radiant heaters and misting fan system. Lastly a DDC control/HVAC automation system with front-end, software and programming was part of this turnkey project.
