The installation at the Courtyard Marriott-Cottonwood involved our plumbing and HVAC teams installing the entire scope of the MEP drawings. The plumbing projects consisted of installing above- and below-ground piping, natural gas piping, and PVC condensates. There were nearly 150 guest rooms that required ADA compliance (sinks, toilets, drains, and showers). In addition to the traditional plumbing scope, we installed a snow melt system with accessories and Tekmar Controls. The HVAC projects consisted of over 200 fan coils, 9 VRF outdoor systems, multiple branch controllers, ERV’s, DOAS units, kitchen hoods, electric headers, and all supply and return air ducting. Lastly, all controls were installed and commissioned for this extensive project.
