The Lehi City Police Station project consisted of two parts, building the physical Police Station Building as well as the Gun Range. The Police Station Building consisted of both HVAC and Plumbing projects, which saw us installing a Variable Refrigerant Flow (VRF) system that included 58 fan coils, ERV’s, Branch Controllers, Outdoor Systems, Mini-Splits, Unit headers and exhaust fans. All new supply air and return duct distribution was installed, along with a new EMS Controls System. This part of the project also included a Mitsubishi VRF system.
For the second part of the project, we were tasked with providing design and engineering for the Gun Range, and ultimately installing the design product with additional Maku-Up air units, exhaust fans, supply and return air duct distribution, controls and balancing of the system.
